National meeting of railway modelists in Bulgaria 2011           

The meeting will be held between the 13th and the 17th October 2011 in hotel complex "Momina Krepost" close to Veliko Turnovo.The tourist complex "Momina Krepost" is situated close to the urban zone for tourism and relaxation of Veliko Turnovo - park Ksilifor: http://trapezitca1902.com/HELP/MomonaKrepost2008.htm

Club "Railway modelists", Сlub"Bulgarian locomotive forum", www.railwaymodeling.com, Ear Group 2000, Club "Scalemodels -Bulgaria",  Bulgarian Lebgo Club "Lebgo", Forum "Bulgarian Railways", Forum for public transport invite for participation in the second meeting :

Every organized or not organized club from all Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey). Sections, schools, groups of railway modelists, also every hobby organization, collectors, modelers, spotters, sympathizers and most of all the people who feel the hobby interesting and intriguing.

That is the second meeting which aims to promote railway modeling. We have an ambition to build on a tradition and meet with new people which share our interests and interchange some experience , maybe some ideas or facts with them. We would like to drive some train models together, to ride on an attraction train pulled by steam locomotive. We want to create and consolidate new connections. You can all invite friends and family so that we can meet them with this spectacular hobby and make them happy also.

Participation is free of charge. "Club Railway modeling - Bulgaria" covers all the resources needed for the conference rooms and 80% from the attraction train event with steam locomotive (03.12 series).
Participants pay for the following packages (you can choose):

• 13 EUR for night with breakfast
• 16 EUR for half board /night with breakfast and dinner/
• 18 EUR for full board /night with breakfast, lunch and dinner/

For children below the age of 7 - only food is paid and prices for the packages are:

• 1.50 EUR for night with breakfast
• 6 EUR for half board
• 9 EUR for full board

      For children between the age of 7 and 12 prices for the packages are:

• 7 EUR for night with breakfast
• 10.50 EUR for half board
• 13 EUR for full board

Reservation is assured for one, two, three or four nights by request, starting from Thursday13.10.2011.

• Whether he participates in any club etc.

When requesting for participation if the hotel will be used - 30% of the package selected has to be pre-paid.

The attraction trip has to be paid 100% before the event and will be held only if there is a minimum of 100 passengers signed (adults and children above the age of 12). 

For the DJ the charge is additional 1 EUR.

Following the coming National meeting of railway modelists in Bulgaria 2011

"Club Railway modeling - Bulgaria" in cooperation with www.railwaypassion.com
Present three competitions on the topics:

1. The best looking finished layout, model or module. There is no restriction in theme, relief, scale (gauge), Epoch, Railway Company or season.

2.  The best looking and most real moving or static Bulgarian rolling railway staff. There are no restrictions in scale (gauge) or epoch. In that contest the club locomotive (15.47 series) and any factory produced Bulgarian railway train models are not allowed to participate.   

3.  The most realistic aged moving or static model of a rolling railway staff. There are no restrictions in traction, scale (gauge), epoch, or Railway Company. In that contest, models aged in the factory process are not allowed to participate.

The participating models will be placed for exhibition during the National meeting. The prizes are sponsored by the company A.C.M.E (Italia) and will be given during the dinner (part of the final ceremony) according the outcome of the viewers' vote.
